Passionate yoga teacher with over 4+ years of yoga practice. Completed a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at PowerFlow Yoga with Carrie Parker and Stacey Bell, and acquired an in-depth knowledge of postures, breathing techniques, and spiritual elements of yoga teaching. Yin Yoga 35 hours teacher training at PowerFlow Yoga with Stacey Bell. Sixteen additional hours of subtle body training at Yoga Ground with Michael Simpson. Meditation and Kundalini practice through PowerFlow with Danielle Franco. Eager to share my expertise, spirituality and passion with students. Skill set includes physical asanas, versatility, adaptability, stress management, breathing/pranayama techniques, creativity, self-motivation, knowledge of anatomy, knowledge of the yoga sutras, knowledge of the Bhagavad, mentoring experience, excellent communication skills, background in crossfit and time management skills.
