Monica Bermudez

Monica Bermudez (Monica B) originally from Caracas, Venezuela. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Modern Languages with a minor in Business and a Master in Business Administration. She has lived in St. Johns, FL with her husband and 7 years old son since 2016. One of her biggest passion has always been dancing. She danced for 20 years a variety of styles: Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Belly Dancing and Flamenco among
others. She’s taught fitness classes since she was a Junior in High School. Since she became a mom, she has been dedicate full time to her family and the fitness world. Monica holds more than 10 fitness certifications and enjoys teaching a variety of formats in a weekly basis. She is very
passionate about sharing her fitness knowledge with all her class participants, being healthy and helping people to do the same.
