Experienced instructor with almost 30 years under my belt. Having taught all over the country, from Michigan to California to Florida and back to Michigan again, with a few other stops, I know to put together a fun and fit class in a variety of styles. Plus, I am a veteran track and field coach, I train athletes in speed and agility and I also work with athletes in the water.
