Before my title was Mom, it was athlete. I played sports my entire life and thrived in a team environment. I started Active Mom 10 years ago, after becoming a certified trainer. My goal was to help empower woman to become their best self post partum. I started with 1 client and now have over a group of 30 woman that come to classes and personal training. I love what I do, its truly my passion to help clients become the best version of themselves!
