I have been interested in health and wellness since I was a teenager.  I struggled with scoliosis and had to wear a back brace for 8 years.  This was the beginning of my journey into health and wellness.  I have for, as long as I can remember, exercised.  Whether it was running, aerobics, swimming, biking, hiking, weight training, etc.  Understanding clearly that my health was my most valuable asset.  I made a decision to live a healthy lifestyle early on. 

I discovered yoga in 2003 and have been a practitioner ever since.  I have gone through two 200 hr. yoga teacher training programs (assisting with the second one).  As well as having completed a 300 hr yoga teacher training this past 2020.   

I have been teaching yoga since 2016.  I have taught at yoga studios, places of business, in people's homes, outside in parks, at the library, etc.  On average I teach anywhere between 2-4 classes a week.  I teach mostly Hatha Yoga.  

Traveling is one of my passions.  Whenever possible, I look for a yoga studio/class close to where we are staying or within the resort we are staying.  I hope to be an instructor with which you have a wonderful experience! :)
