  • I began my Yoga journey in 2009 to nurture my own health, and have since been helping others to create a healthier life through this practice. I have taught Youths, Adults, Seniors, Sports Teams, and Athletes to enhance their physical health, mental health and sports performance.

I completed 200 hours of Yoga training in Hatha, Vinyassa Flow and Hot styles in 2009 and an additional 300 hours of training by 2017 focused in Core, Yin, Restorative, Pain Care Yoga, Breath Work and Meditation.

When I'm not on my Yoga mat, I am travelling the world for work to meet people from all cultures and backgrounds.  Having visited many countries around the world has taught me to be curious and have an open mind for all experiences in life no matter where you are.  Travelling and Yoga have made me practice how to manage the many unknowns in life, discover my strengths, weaknesses, staying true to who I am and appreciate each day is a gift of knowledge and discoveries.
