hello, my name is Monica ,I'm 48 years old, married have two kids, I'm industrial in electronics engineer by profession, but instructor by passion.

love to teach Zumba, Pound , Step, and recently Strong Nation. I live in Nogales Sonora, across the border from Arizona United States. love nature, people and animals. 

8 years ago found out that wanted to do something to help people around me, specially women, and started with a small business, notice that people were loving doing exercise with music, and that's how I started, made my certification , and then years later being a active member of Zumba (ZIN) Zumba instructor network.

love to see people feeling free for a moment,  loose themselves and enjoy the class, and at the end feel good about themselves because they did a good workout.

my mom says that I transform my self when I'm teaching. I think that is because I do feel my self free with music.
