Jessi DeBoer

I am a Registered Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance. I have been trained in Bikram yoga, vinyasa as well as gentle and "Yin" yoga. I am a Vermont (USA) licensed counselor for Mental Health and Substance use issues. I provide mind-body treatment for clients needing counseling, consultation and coaching. I have been in the field for over 10 years- it is an honor to teach and support people on their journey.
