My name is Katherine Ford. I’ve been a group fitness instructor since 2018 teaching at gyms in the state of Connecticut.
With a passion for movement and wellness, I’ve been a dedicated fitness instructor since 2018, proudly teaching throughout the state of Connecticut. Over the years, I’ve developed a dynamic and versatile coaching style, holding certifications across a wide range of formats including strength and weightlifting, yoga fusion, cycling, HIIT, cardio aerobics, core training, kickboxing, and Pilates.
I currently lead a minimum of five classes per week, creating high-energy, results-driven sessions that are both challenging and accessible. My approach focuses on proper form, functional strength, and empowering clients to build confidence in their bodies—whether they’re just starting their fitness journey or looking to level up.
Known for bringing positive energy and motivation to every class, I strive to create an inclusive environment where clients feel supported, inspired, and strong.
