Group Fitness instructor and boutique studio owner.  I have been instructing for 10 years.  I love music so classes synced to music are my favorited to teach.  I enjoy meeting new people and helping them see that fitness can be fun.  Helping them fall in love with movement and exercise and making them realize their potential is my passion.
