Hi. My name is Colleen and I've been practicing yoga since I was pregnant with my first child back in 2001. I love all types of yoga, but my favorite is a vigorous vinyasa flow - start by warming up the body and connecting with your breath, then get your heart pumping with some fun movement, slow it down to feel the lengthening of your muscles, and finally, relax into deep centering and meditation. After taking classes for 11 years with my yoga mentor, she convinced me to take the next step and get my certification for 200RYT. I am an avid traveler for both my day-job and for pleasure. I love to meet new people everywhere I visit, so sharing my yoga practice while combining my passion for travel is a dream come true!
