Jessica Auld

Jessica Auld, I’m originally from San Francisco, CA. I have a 8 year old son.  I love fitness and dancing.  I have been dancing professionally since 2008 and teaching group fitness since 2011.  I have a strong passion to help people see and embrace their body, mind and spirit.  I’m proud to say over the last decade I’ve show hundreds of people how to love themselves more as a life coach and fitness enthusiast.  When I’m not dancing- I am teaching yoga
