I have been passionate about fitness my entire life; as a child I played many different sports, as a teenager I was a cheerleader, as an Adult I have enjoyed teaching others about fitness. I currently teach 10 classes a week, and coach my son's soccer team. I feel that I have a gift in teaching exciting and well structured classes. I love motivating my students to push harder and overcome obstacles. I teach a variety of classes to a variety of fitness levels. I truly believe that a good teacher can teach to the super fit as well as the deconditioned, while providing a challenging workout for both.
