The first born to a mother who could not swim, Sarah was thrown in the pool before she could walk. The first five years of her life were spent either in the pool swimming, or in the gym tumbling.

Quickly realizing the affinity and skill she had for gymnastics, Sarah hung up her bathing suit and began training. Sarah’s competitive nature and team spirit were a perfect match for the world of gymnastics and she would continue with the sport for her entire childhood. Sarah competed for over a decade and had every intention of winning gold at the olympics

At 16, Sarah suffered a break in her ankle which she never recovered from. He gymnastics career ended and she started to dance. She needed to move but her body needed something less strenuous.

At 22, Sarah was living in NYC. After complaining to a friend about the lack of adult gymnastics classes available, she was encouraged to try yoga. It would change her life.

11 years later and Sarah has practiced more hot yoga than there are stars in the sky. Desiring more depth in her practice she sought more education and found certification. In 2019 she was certified as a hot yoga instructor and added a new dynamic to her practice - teaching.

“When one teaches, two learn” says Sarah.

Sarah brings a compassionate and detailed oriented approach to her teaching. Personable, empathetic and hard-working, Sarah enjoys working with people and being an advocate for their movement needs. She dedicates her full attention to making sure her clients get the care, attention, and information they deserve to make the right decisions and take care of their bodies.
