Michelle Shirey

I have been practicing yoga since June 2013 and teaching since September 2014.  I am a coordinator of career and enrichment in a public school district in Lancaster County Pennsylvania.  I enjoy weaving the benefits of health, wellness and fitness into my role in the school setting and find it rewarding to instruct yoga to educators and local business people in the evenings.  I love to be outdoors and am challenged by trying new activities.  I currently spend most of my free time on the golf course and have instructed yoga for golfers.
