My yoga journey began to help me deal with anxiety when I was pregnant with my first child. Yoga changed my life and continues to bring me more peace and balance everyday. I decided to take my 200 hour teacher training to deepen my practice and learn about the philosophy of yoga. It opened a curiosity and passion for learning about the vast world of yoga. As an introvert, I initially had no desire to teach, but eventually discovered my calling to share what has brought me so much healing. I am deeply passionate about restorative yoga and sound healing, because of the profound benefits of emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
I enjoy learning and continued to pursue my 500 hour certification, along with many other trainings and programs. I am considered a forever student who also loves to travel.
