Sarah Barker Fitness Bio

 

Sarah Barker is a certified personal trainer (CPT) and holds over two dozen group fitness certifications, including her 200RYT hours for YogaFit. 

She has been training clients and teaching group fitness classes since 1998 and her most popular classes include Yoga, Les Mills BodyCombat, Les Mills BodyPump, Spinning, Dance Fitness & Zumba among others! 

Sarah strives to continue growing as a fitness professional by gaining CEUs and additional trainings every year, staying current in her certifications and by continually learning about the ever-changing fitness and wellness industry. 

Married and the mother of 4 kids: Micah, Haven, Stone and Cross, Sarah takes her job as the nutritional gate-keeper of her home very seriously and tries to make easy, healthy meals even her pickiest eaters will eat!

Sarah is also the co-founder of the growing SheMoves Fitness Community, an online fitness community specifically designed to empower women to continue exercising & taking care of their bodies during the quarantine from the COVID-19 pandemic last year.

On days she isn’t teaching group fitness classes, Sarah is a member of Crossfit Blueblood where she says she “loves being challenged and enjoys being on the receiving end of the motivation she strives to provide for others”.
