Hey there! I'm Nikki and I'm a coach in all things fitness, self love and wellness! I have been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for almost 10 years now. I have experience teaching a variety of different classes including yoga, Pilates, strength, cardio and aquacise. The past 3 years I have had the pleasure of working primarily with the senior community.
