Maria Matyac

Hi everyone! My name is Maria Matyac and I am a yogi from Columbus, Ohio. I went to college for inclusive early childhood education in Bowling Green Ohio. I am currently working as an intervention specialist for preschool- age children. I have been practicing yoga since I was 15 when I realized I need something to keep my mind, body, and soul healthy. I taught yoga at my university for 4 years and for multiple companies and sports teams. I love teaching vinyasa flow and using suggestions from my students to plan my class. I teach yoga and mindfulness everyday for my students. I love yoga because everyone can participate, from 4 to 90 years old.
