My focus is alignment within the self. I’ve been teaching yoga full time for six years and am E-RYT 200 as well as RYT 500. I lead public classes, teacher training programs for local studios, and work one on one with clients. My goal is to blend your mind/body/breath goals with an approachable, fun, alignment-focused (safe) yoga practice. I’d love to share what I know and introduce you to the benefits of yoga in my humble opinion: brings balance to the body/mind/breath, improves mobility, heightened awareness, a sense of well being, and deep relaxation.
