Desiree is a creative, energetic, unique and positive soul who found yoga in 2011. Her yoga practice brought her peace of mind and relief of nagging stress and her "monkey mind" of anxiety. After some major life shifts, she attended a 200-hour yoga teacher training near her home and learned that yoga is so much more than just the asanas (poses). Practicing yoga has brought her a feeling of being "at home" in her body, tuning into her intuition and learning to trust herself. She loves sharing this experience with her students.
