I have a holistic health background, I am a registered nutritionist, and I do 5 different types of massage. I worked in a spa for two years before embarking on a fitness career. I first began teaching pilates 4 years ago, then got into yoga a year later. During this time I also became a group fitness instructor. Three years ago I became a pole dancing instructor and began teaching sensual fitness (strip tease & pole dancing). Since then I have trained in LA with a Pole safety and dance specialist. During summer months I also teach a very successful boot camp style class. I mostly specialize in working with women (I also teach prenatal and mom and baby classes), but I also enjoy working with children and have taught kids yoga, family yoga dance and partner classes. I am constantly updating my training and trying to stay on top of what is the newest rage in the fitness industry.
