All formats she teaches are music-driven and are an amazing mind & body experience!
Kate believes fitness should be fun, enjoyable and more than just a physical experience. She wants her participants to rock out and feel the music - “When in doubt, dance it out!” She encourages people to embrace the process of learning how to move to a beat and she likes the music LOUD!!!
Kate teaches most of her classes virtually on YouTube. She teaches a few in-person classes in the San Diego area. Check the schedule page! She also collaborates with local businesses to host pop-up classes and special events. Reach out if interested in collaborating!
Before teaching fitness, Kate was an elementary teacher for nine years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from UW - River Falls and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Saint Mary’s University - Minneapolis.
