Energetic and enthusiastic Zumba​®​ Fitness Instructor with over 10+ years' experience and 4+ years certified Personal Trainer and I have a passion for total fitness and overall well being. Successful at working with individuals of all fitness levels to improve strength, lower weight and maximize health.

I first got interested in Zumba when I visited my local YMCA to find a class to take. When got there I heard loud music coming from a class. I looked into the class and I knew that was the class for me. I loved the music and how the people were enjoying themselves. After two classes I asked my instructor how I could become an instructor. I got her license to teach in 2009 and have been teach ever since.

I spent my childhood and teenage years in Springfield, MA and Lithonia, GA. As a young adult I moved to Marietta, GA (where I first started teaching Zumba) and then moved to Bentonville, AR. In 2020 at the height of the Covid Pandemic my family and I moved to Tampa, FL. where I'm currently teaching Zumba.

A fun fact about myself is that I love amusement parks and in particular I love roller coasters. In my spare time I love to dance Salsa, Bachata, Cumbia, Kizomba, Zouk and going to Dance Festivals. I'm a mother of two daughters, two sons and I'm married to a wonderful husband.
