I have been teaching group exercise for the past 20 years. I was a Regional Group X Director with Linda Evans Fitness Centers in California for 10 years. I have trained Instructors to teach, personal trained, been an instructor in videos, was filmed for commercial ect. I still teach fitness at 51 years old.
