Dr. Sandi strives to live an ocean-inspired lifestyle and incorporates that into her teachings, focused on Restorative, gentle hatha, and Yin yoga practices. She loves teaching meditation and children's yoga. But her ultimate goal is to help students/clients truly relax and embrace more of the Yin, to balance out all of the Yang (busyness) in our lives!
She also enjoys leading beachfront meditations and wellness walking, as well as support circles talking about motivation and happiness as well as life and wellness coaching when possible too. I am a certified sound healer and love bringing this transformational experiences to everyone.
