Rachel is a certified personal trainer through American Council on Exercise since 2008 with a B.S. degree in Kinesiology and an A.S. degree in Exercise Science. Rachel’s expertise is in working with older adults and people who are struggling with compromised mobility as a result of injury, surgery or illness. Deeply intuitive and keenly aware of her clients’ needs, Rachel loves creating innovative, fun and engaging workouts that empower her clients while inspiring them to greater levels of fitness and health. In this time of CoVid, Rachel offers online group classes and customized personal training for individuals and couples.
