Movement is medicine! As a lifelong fitness enthusiast and athlete, I believe sports and exercise are the most rewarding and empowering ways to bring people together and stay happy and healthy. I am a Level 2 Peak Certified Pilates instructor, as well as an AFAA-certified Group Fitness Instructor. Currently, I lead Pilates Reformer classes and Hot Pilates Mat/Fusion classes, with previous teaching experience in Strength-group fitness, Cycle/Spin, Sculpt, HIIT, Barre, Kickboxing, and Aqua. I also teach private pilates sessions to those with very differing goals: ranging from aging clients recovering from surgeries with basic mobility and strength/ quality of life goals, to elite athletes who are wanting to excel in their sport.
My passion for fitness is matched by my love for travel, fueling my desire to bring my expertise to others.
