Macy Roderick

Hey Guys! My name is Macy Roderick and I am a 25 year old female group fitness instructor as well as an orthopedic Physician Assistant. ! I grew up at the gym with my mother (also a fitness instructor), was a three sport athlete, and overall love health and fitness.  I enjoy teaching tabata, full body HIIT, cardio kickboxing and anything in between. Currently working on becoming a spin instructor as well. I love to travel and love to work out and am super excited to be a part of your team!
