Christine Healy

I am a lifetime fitness enthusiast who was inspired by Fit Bodies, inc. to become an instructor. I am a mom of 4 great children who are now on their way to adulthood. I do also have my fur babies, 2 shih tzus who make me smile and hike every day! I've recently retired early from teaching elementary school to pursue my love for acting/performing. I love staying fit, with the knowledge that age is just a number and our mindset is what allows us to remain young at heart throughout life.  One of my goals is to continue to travel to new destinations, inspire others to enjoy a healthy lifestyle, while meeting new people, and making new friends.
