Virtual or in-person Personal Training Sessions are either 1-to-1 (1 person/1 trainer), 2-to-1 (2 buddies/1 trainer), or small group (up to 4 trainees) and generally last 1 hour. These scheduling options allow for 100% focused attention, personalization, and instruction from Angela on proper form, proper progression of exercises, & are a great opportunity to communicate Health-related questions, conditions, and goals. Personal Training Sessions are available to all ages (Angela has worked with kids as young as 10 and elders as old as 86) and all levels of athletic ability or those coming off of injury.

Angela's collaboration and coaching are now available to you anytime online! Angela provides Health & Wellness Coaching and delivers her expert fitness training via the web.
