Marideth Stiller

Marideth Stiller began her fitness career as a student at N.C. State University by co-founding the aerobics and fitness student club in 1989. Since that time she has expanded her knowledge by obtaining certification specialties in aqua fitness, senior fitness, pilates and yoga, and obtaining a personal trainer certification through ACE. In 2003, Marideth joined the Interactive Fitness Trainers of America team as a national presenter, certification examiner and continuing education provider. In 2006, IFTA named Marideth "Presenter of the Year" based upon instructor reviews and feedback.
