Terrell Ray is a former pro athlete turned fitness coach. I created "I Train Athletes Movement" in 2014, I.T.A. Movement was made to bring people of all ages and levels of fitness together to train like athletes. I have over 6 years of experience training clients 1 on 1 and teaching group classes. Most of my signature classes are High Intensity Uptempo style classes and my Core & Stretch class.I like to incorporate bodyweight exercises, stretching, and core exercises in all of my classes, as well as cardio in my High Intensity classes. All of my classes are for all levels and ages, Ive worked men and women from pro athletes to 70 year old Grandparents.
