Urszula is a dedicated professional with a passion for teaching yoga, breathwork, and meditation. She has taught in various setting from mid to large size studios, outdoor setting and special events, to corporate setting always tailoring the class to her audience.
She enthusiastically shares the fundamentals of yoga proactive mixing it with every day application for breath consciousness and mindfulness.
Outside of teaching yoga, Urszula enjoys cooking, gardening, and long walks with her Labradoodle Dakota.
