Summer Ginther

Summer began her yoga journey in 2013 at a small local gym in her hometown. She thought she was just taking another fitness class but quickly discovered that it was something much more. Summer began to incorporate yoga into her daily life to help reduce stress and cultivate self love.
Summer completed an intensive 200 hour teacher training through Marianne Wells Yoga School. She also has an undergraduate degree in Social Work and is passionate about working with and helping others.
Summer creates a judgment free space for students to explore postures. She believes yoga is for everyone and aims to make her students feel comfortable in the body they are in.
