I love teaching to all levels - especially at the same time. Whether you are a beginner or advanced yogi my classes are fun, accessible and challenging. I enjoy encouraging my students and making them feel comfortable where they are. Yoga is a journey, not a destination.
I completed my 200-hour RYT training with Chrissy Carter at YogaWorks in SoHo, NYC in 2010.  I currently teach vinyasa yoga and co-lead a 200-hour teacher training at Downward Dog Yoga in Iowa City, Iowa. 

In addition to teaching yoga I am also a massage therapist at Downward Dog Yoga. I love working with yogis and all athletes, and am the massage therapist for the Iowa Hawkeye Women’s Basketball team.
