Tony Krugel

Hi! My name is Tony and I'm a NASM certified CPT with a particular interest and expertise in "functional" fitness. I currently teach small group classes part time at EPIC Fairfield County in Connecticut, where we specialize in high energy, full body, performance-focused interval style workouts. In my free time I love to take part in obstacle course racing, various fitness competitions, and travel as much as possible!
