Tiffany Rodstrom

I am an RN working at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. I was once in patient care and after having children 8 years ago, I transitioned into the informatics side of the medical field. I've been married for 10 years and we have 2 children. 

I've been practicing yoga for more than 1/2 my life. I am 43 years old and started my yoga practice when I was 20. Yoga has provided me not only physical benefits but mental and spiritual benefits as well.
