Sam started practicing yoga in 2017 while interning in New York City--the free classes in Bryant Park became a staple of her summer. The peace, strength, and empowerment she felt pushed her to continue practicing after she left the city. During college, she was an avid youtube yogi and only started attending in-person classes after graduation. In 2019, the universe guided her to get her 200-hour certification so she could share the life-changing practice with others. Sam believes that yoga can help you love and empower yourself. She wants to guide classes that allow people to turn inward and understand themselves better. She brings a sense of fun, empowerment, and strength to her classes. She currently teaches at 360 Studios Naperville in Illinois.
