Kara Ross

Kara's passion for the fitness industry stemmed from her love of sport, in particular soccer. As a division 1 student athlete, Kara completed her Bachelors of Exercise Science and played varsity women's soccer through out her college career. Kara went on to complete her masters degree in Kinesiology and has since been training individuals in a one-on-one and group setting.
