I am Certified Personal Fitness Instructor with AFAA, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 and HCI Certified Health Coach. I am experienced in coaching ASFA cycle, Lotte Berk Barre Method, power flow yoga, HIIT, CrossFit, heart rate based interval training, and POSE method running. My ballet background gives me a unique understanding of body mechanics, mobility, and postural alignment. I apply these skills in my personal training sessions to correct muscular imbalances for proactive injury prevention.
