My name is Kendra, I am a Certified Yoga Instructor (200 HR). As a passionate women of health and wellness I discovered my yoga practice about 5 years ago. Moving my body has been an important part of my life so I was open to going to yoga and learning more. I practiced for the physical benefits and back pain but then realized how much yoga also helped me with anxiety and slowing down. I fell in love with the practice and going to classes and practicing at home. I felt a pull to becoming a teacher while on a search for future career plans. Through teaching yoga, I hope to give space for the opportunity for you to be with God while on your mat & mindful movement that benefits our overall health and wellness. Our mind body and spirit work together!
