Fitness is my passion and I want to help each person enjoy their exercise training.  I do this through connecting with class participant and encouraging them to push themselves a little harder on each set.  

 

Experience includes group fitness classes that includes, weight lifting, cardio endurance workout, mobility enhancement, and balance.  

Experience includes 1-on-1 personal training to fit client individual goals for strength gains, weight loss, or increased indurance.
