Years ago, while working as a chef, I found that with life's challenges and my physical job, yoga was something I could not live without. It began to change my life, and I felt it was something I had to share! After finishing my yoga teacher training in 2005 I began to teach as often as I could, hoping to spread the word. I have experience teaching students in multiple environments. Group class formats, private classes, and yoga workshops. I have also had the honor of hosting multiple yoga retreats in wonderful locations. This gives me the chance to combine my love to teaching yoga with my love of feeding people wholesome, nourishing food. As a mom, yoga has helped to keep me sane. Helped me through difficult pregnancies, and helped me to regain strength at every stage of this motherhood journey. I feel very thankful for yoga in my life! E-RYT 500, YACEP. Training and certifications include viniyoga, Iyengar yoga, vinyasa yoga, and vedic thai yoga to name a few.
