Allie began teaching fitness classes in 2016 and is passionate about helping other people find a way to incorporate fitness into their lives in a way that is enjoyable and motivating. Allie is a fitness professional and is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, an IBBFA Certified Barre Instructor, and a GGS Women’s Coaching Specialist. She has additional certifications in Injury Prevention, Pre- and Post-Natal Coaching, and Nutrition Coaching. Allie takes a holistic approach to health and fitness and emphasizes whole-body, mind, and soul health in every workout. Her goal for all of her students and clients is to leave her workouts smiling every time so that she knows she gives everyone an equal opportunity to better their health and their overall wellbeing.
