Isabella rybak

I'm Isabella Rybak, RYT200 Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor. 

I am currently teaching most every style of yoga in studios, and privately in group settings. I am also certified in Thai bodywork. 

I'm looking to get my pre/postnatal yoga instructor certification. 

I have created unique classes, that bring a personal touch each time. My goal is to leave my students feeling refreshed and recharged after each class.
