Patty has been inspired by fitness her entire life. She was hooked on yoga from the day her doctor sent her to the studio to recover from surgery. Yoga gave her balance and strength she never imagined, as well as a sense of balance in her mind. Now an eRYT-500 with Yoga Alliance, she has completed multiple 200-hr. & 300-hr. teacher trainings, as well as Yin, Restorative, Sound Bowl, Chair and Gentle Yoga certifications. She is also a certified personal trainer and certified group fitness instructor.
Patty has been an active yoga teacher in the Dallas area for 6 years, and is currently teaching exclusively with Life Time Fitness. She teaches between 10-14 yoga and group mobility & strength classes each week at three different Life Time Fitness studios around the Dallas metro area.
Her goal is to empower others to discover their inner strength, balance and grace inside the studio and in their daily life. Patty and her husband have two adult sons. When not teaching, she is at work as a food scientist.
