I first came to yoga to center myself in the busy going going going New York City lifestyle. I began taking classes at a local studio and quickly realized the transformative benefits a regular yoga practice brings to one's life.  

I enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training with the intention of deepening my personal practice. Once completing my journey, I started teaching to friends and family and enjoyed spreading the benefits of yoga to those around me!   

My approach to yoga remains focused on the balance between effort and relaxation. My classes focus on flowing while finding stillness in the poses.
