Kate began her journey into the yoga world in 2012 as an addition to her fitness routine. She quickly realized the mental wellness benefits of the practice, and fell in love with this holistic approach to health and wellbeing. After years of personal practice with Power and Vinyasa Yoga, she began her Yoga Teacher Training in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. Now a RYT200, she enjoys sharing a unique practice with others. With a passion for learning, Kate will ensure you have fun on your mat while trying something new. Her favorite style to teach is a 'Vin to Yin' class, where you'll begin with calming breathwork, and make your way into more fluid movements to get the heart rate going. You'll then slow it back down to gently stretch your muscles and strengthen your joints. Add a beachfront view and you have the start of your perfect day!
