I am originally from New Jersey but currently live in Atlanta, GA. I graduated from Lincoln University with a Bachelors of Science in biology. I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I am currently working on getting my certifications in group fitness and nutrition. Also, I am in graduate school studying health education and promotion.
